Mussels from our own nurseries in La Ria de Aurosa (Galicia). As they are harvested the pieces each year have a unique size. The mussels are fished daily and they go directly to our premises to be boiled, or fried and prepared. Each piece is manually examined and placed in its container. They are presented in a wide variety of sauces sucha as: escabeche sauce (delicious Spanish pickle sauce) made with extra virgin olive oil, in spicy escabeche sauce, in organic escabeche sauce, in escabeche sauce made with soja oil, in Sotavento sauce, in spicy oil, in scallop sauce. We also have a wide selection of sizes in brine. All pieces artisanly selected, cooked ant tinned. We also offer a delicious mussel cream.
